Felt energized last night, took 1.5mg Tyrosine & 2000 IU Vit D in afternoon.

Woke up more focused.

Warmup jog around Wilbur. Hammies tight&sore!

Stretch L hip / TFL area.

A few short tempo runs, not feeling awesome. Kinda weak actually compared to last week. #boo
