Week before Thxgiving:
Burned 6000 calories playing Ulty (Mon, Wed, Thu practice, Sat / Sun tourney)

Thxgiving week: 900 calories (back-off)
Week after: 2300 calories
This week: Chill (300 calories).

Today:

Start Buddy Lee jump rope training program. After two shorter sets, did 150 consecutive bounce steps. Start working on "alternate-step" (low knee) sets. Up to 15 or so? Ankles slightly cranky.

3x12 12kg KB sumo DL.
10x8 12kg KB Swing.

Bounce step cooldown.

Later today: Cat/camel, side plank, bird-dog etc.
