Unloaded deep squat feels good, can dragon stance pretty easily
2set 1+1 20.4kg tgu, hip mobility better

Then hip external rotation, fwd, 45s

Step ups pyramid 15+15, 12+12 don't rush eccentric, don't push off too hard rather use hip/pgm

getting better
ortho said i was making good progress painwise (was it 50% pain reduction in 4-6 or 6-8 weeks? maybe 6-8 or 8-10 i forget).

nerve glides were the big thing in week 1, and then the tibial nerve glide coach cordova gave me. still do some, have been getting much better there. tested ASLR informally last night and seemed to make good improvement.

oh man is gray's new book out yet? hmm...

anyway, slowly walking better week after week, month after month.. taking it easy. but, ultimate soon?
