let's see, haven't blogged for a month now. had regionals on Oct3, played well, actually better/best in last game? really ran hard away and then came in... learning to work as a cutter!
had chico tourney sat oct23, short only one day (rained out rest). gloves helped but bobbled one.
have been doing practice since then, halloween tourney!
pretty good mood of late.
have been doing slightly more aerobics recently, lots of 2 sets of 8-10 SLS w/ TRX at gym. sometimes w/ 45 lb plate.
did my first 50kg TGU (on shoulder not hand), thx molly =)
did 2+1 empty bar (45lb) OHS with decent form (although legs a bit wide). been doing lots of foot (bottom&top now) SMR w/ lacrosse ball, get tight on inside of calf too (esp. R side) hmm, do i need firmer cleats? will think about that one.
focusing on arm tri/bi in TRX pull, injured shoulder last last thu but last thu something popped it back in place. getting better slowly?
