summer league is over, and according to my mood log i was in a stddev better mood on thursdays.
interesting how i had rly good ankle strength early in the summer when first playing for butter, not sure why, didn't feel as sharp in the endzone later in the summer.
also interesting how saturday of labor day eh, esp not great after deep dish hlm lunch, but sunday felt like my best tournament day in months, not sure if it was better than stanford open day 1, but maybe even comparable to last yr stanford open.
did heavy workout on thurs that wk (a few deadlifts 135lb), also ate well in weho? (vegan)
sectionals not too great, but not bad, felt better on sunday v saturday. def take 3 days off iz no good. sunday tho in general better than most tourney days over summer re: running more.
this week yesterdy gym TGU 20.4kg only 1+1 plus two halves, didn't feel great, same with push press 25 lb. low box skating-type SLS more reps on left-side, 3 sets L 2 sets R. some jump rope, then 15 min bike.
today throwing 15 min (need to be comfy in hip flexion), then jog around munger to claw to library around back to munger.
barefoot workshop on sat, DL tmrw morning / active recovery fri. two wks before regionals, planning it out.
