Start Buddy Lee jump rope training program. After two shorter sets, did 150 consecutive bounce steps. Start working on "alternate-step" (low knee) sets. Up to 15 or so? Ankles slightly cranky.

10x8 12kg KB Swing.
Bounce step cooldown.
Later today: Cat/camel, side plank, bird-dog etc.
