more PT, has been good.
glute medius still weak, but getting better. ASLR also improving? as well as knee extension supine.
didn't feel injured after 2 days of potlatch (lots of breaks + rest after most games tho)!
patella femoral syndrome, got better over a few weeks tho. didn't really bother me until after potlatch and then only barely.
R elbow still concerning... same feeling as from Stanford Open wknd (March 6 or so, 4 months hmm).
well maybe do so SMR on R bicep?
a few sprints today
yesterday some rehab/bicycling/2+2 45lb TGU in gym
throwing practice, some 1h swings, snatches, cleans
20kg farmer's walk
will concentrate on R elbow SMR, some prehab stuff
continue clam/sidelying/step-up, psoas SMR etc
